Rachel A. Kabb-Effron, Esq., CELA, is the owner of the Kabb Law Firm in Beachwood, Ohio specializing in Elder law. Ms. Kabb-Effron is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is recognized as a specialist by the State of Ohio Supreme Court. She has been representing elderly and disabled clients since 1998. She helps clients with Care Advocacy and public benefits eligibility planning involving Medicaid and the VA. Ms. Kabb-Effron has been practicing Life Care Planning since 2006.

Kenneth S. Kabb, Esq.

Ken Kabb was admitted to the practice of law before the Ohio Supreme Court in 1969. He is also admitted in the Federal Courts, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.

Social Worker/Elder Care Coordinator:

Kathy VanDoros, LSW, CECC has over 25 years experience in the Long Term Care Industry in the areas of Nursing Home and Assisted Living management, marketing, program development, case management, resident advocacy, training and start-up.

Public Benefits Coordinator:

Megan Steager, BSW, graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Social Work. She has over 4 years of public benefits experience, specifically Medicaid for the uninsured. She joined The Kabb Law Firm in January of 2011 serving as the firm's Public Benefits Specialist.

Administrative Assistant:

Darlene Toman has over 22 years of legal experience relative to the general practice of law.
